Sun Huajing: senior wet smelting technician in Jindu Smelting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Zhongkuang Group Co., Ltd., won many honorary titles, such as National Technical Expert, Taishan Industrial Expert, Chief Technician of Shandong Province, Technician with Outstanding Contributions of Shandong Province, Yantai Top Ten Craftsman, Outstanding Woman Craftsman of Shandong Province, etc.
The office now has 16 workers, including 2 Chief Technicians of Shandong Province, 2 Chief Technicians of Yantai, 1 Senior Technician, 3 Technicians, 2 Senior Workers, 3 Engineers and 2 Assistant Engineers, including 2 staff who have won the title of National Technical Expert.
Kang Xiaokun: He is now a technician in the testing Center of Jindu Smelting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Zhongkuang Group Co., Ltd., such as National Technical Expert, Taishan Industrial Expert, Chief Technician of Shandong Province, Outstanding Woman Craftsman of Yantai City, etc.

Introduction to Sun Huajing
Sun Huajing, female, born in April 1973, is the leader of laboratory in Jindu Smelting, Shandong Zhongkuang Group Co., Ltd. and has obtained the occupational qualification of senior technician.
Since she joined the Company, she has been dedicated in work and loyal to the Company. She has strong comprehensive qualities and leading business skills. Relying on years of working experience and profound theoretical knowledge, she led the team to vigorously develop technological innovation and reform of the gold concentrate cyaniding process and has solved production difficulties for times with the expertise and working experience. She put forward the zinc powder coating process feasibility test, which made the content of zinc powder in molten gold decrease by over 10% and created annual benefit of more than RMB 200,000; put forward and participated in the low-sodium cyanide concentration gold leaching test, which successfully made the dosage of sodium cyanide decrease by 20% and saved over RMB 3 million yearly; put forward the technical solution of "reducing the number of revolutions of the thickener and narrowing the static equilibrium height difference", which successfully solved the problem of mudding of the thickener. Since 2018, Sun Huajing and her team has tackled 182 technical projects, appraised 80 outstanding innovation achievements, including 64 technological achievements that have been put into operation in gold workshops, has led the team to apply for 35 invention patents and utility model patents, including 9 licensed utility model patents, creating benefits of over RMB 12 million for the Company in total.
Since Sun Huajing took the job, she has won many honorary titles, such as National Technical Expert, Taishan Industrial Expert, Chief Technician of Shandong Province, Yantai Chief Technician, Yantai Top Ten Female Worker Pacemaker with Outstanding Achievements, Yantai Craftsman, Yantai Model Worker, etc. Even with these honorary titles, Sun Huajing does not forget her original aspiration, keeps forging ahead with determination, maintains the passion about work, improves the overall skill level in workshops by personal example and verbal instructions, has cultivated more than 30 professional skilled talents for the Company, providing solid talent support for the Company.
